Anna Herlong
Chief Operations Officer
Originally from Uppsala, Sweden and now based in South Florida, Anna brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the marine industry, progressing from Financial Controller to Managing Director with an exceptional track record in operations, finance, and organizational leadership.
Dr. Miguel Souza
Executive Director
Dr. Souza brings over 25 years of marine biology research and nonprofit leadership to Ocean Guard.
Marcus Webb
Director of Conservation
Marcus leads Ocean Guard's field conservation programs across South Florida's coastal ecosystems.

Global Network Director
Kai is dedicated to bringing together the people and organizations making a difference around the world. From nonprofits and research institutions to businesses, governments, and volunteers, every partnership strengthens our collective impact. No single organization can protect our oceans alone. That's why Ocean Guard's mission is to build a global network united by one shared purpose: healthy oceans for future generations.
Stan Hall
Outreach Director
Based in South Florida, Stan serves as Ocean Guard's Outreach Director and will spearhead our global expansion, building relationships with volunteers, partners, organizations, and communities around the world. With a degree in Marine Biology and more than 10 years of volunteer experience, Stan brings a strong combination of conservation knowledge, community engagement, and hands-on experience to Ocean Guard.
Lena Okafor
Director of Education
Lena develops and oversees Ocean Guard's school and community education initiatives.
